Bryant S. Ricker is a dynamic business executive and leadership coach with a proven track record of driving growth, strategy, and high-performance teams across industries and international markets. With an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans and an Executive Leadership Coaching Mastery Session certificate from Harvard DCE, he combines strategic expertise with a passion for leadership development.

His career spans executive roles at 3M Company and G&H Orthodontics, where he led a $750 million business and spearheaded successful turnarounds of strategic units in highly competitive markets. From early leadership roles to senior Vice President appointments, Bryant has been at the forefront of profitable and sustainable growth, developing high-performing teams and transforming organizations into top industry competitors. His experience extends across North and South America, Europe, and Asia, giving him a deep understanding of global business dynamics and cross-cultural leadership.

As the founder of Deep Caerulo Leadership Coaching, a division of Deep Caerulo LLC, Bryant now applies his expertise to executive coaching and business consulting, helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential. His collaborative leadership style, integrity, and results-driven approach have earned him widespread respect.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bryant is passionate about mentoring and inspiring others, and is grateful for every opportunity to make a positive impact. He enjoys reading, swimming, traveling, and motorcycle riding, but values family time above all. He resides in Jacksonville, Florida, with his wife, Silvia Jiménez.
